Environment

Resolution

IE Browser

  1. Click View in toolbar

  2. Hover over Text size and make sure text size is set to Medium, if not click Medium to set the text size

  3. Page should adjust to show Knowledge content in the middle of the screen

Firefox Browser

  1. Click Menu in upper right corner
  2. Select Options

  3. Under the Language and Appearance section adjust the Size to a smaller font, for example 16

  4. Page should adjust to show Knowledge content in the middle of the screen

Chrome Browser

  1. Click menu in upper right corner
  2. Select Settings

  3. Under Appearance section make sure Font size says Medium (Recommended)

  4. Page should adjust to show Knowledge content in the middle of the screen
