  1. Is this an existing configuration or a newly presented LUN/CU:LDEV?
  2. What date and time did the LUN/CU:LDEV disappear from the host?
  3. What are the hosts WWN(s)?
  4. What are the Switch Ports the Host is connected to?
  5. What arrays ports are being utilized?
